Commenced his career in the financial field over 50 years ago. He was employed by United Dominions Trust Ltd. and the British Wagon Co. Ltd. in London, England for seven years prior to immigrating to Canada in 1956. In Canada, Mr. Hitchcock was employed by various subsidiaries of the British Wagon Co. Ltd. and The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation as Vancouver Branch Manager and Regional Sales Manager for British Columbia. From 1974 to 1982 he was manager of the Vancouver Island branch of Wardley Canada Ltd. and Hongkong Bank of Canada.

J. Douglas Jordan:

Doug Jordan takes an active role in the direction of FMFC and the business of the Partnership. He was responsible for the administration of Forest & Marine Mortgage Investment Corporation, Treesea Mortgage Investment Corporation and Staffordshire Mortgage Investment Corporation prior to the reorganization of the Issuers’ structure in 1993.

Jack A. McKay:

Prior to his retirement in 2006 Jack McKay was president of J.A. McKay Trucking Ltd., a large independent logging contractor under contract to Weyerhaeuser (formerly MacMillan Bloedel Ltd.) for the past 35 years. Mr. McKay has served both as a director and President of The Truck Loggers Association.

Alec Peck:

Alec Peck is a chartered accountant with more than 30 years business experience.  From 1986 until 1993 he was a partner in Toronto and then Vancouver with member offices of an international public accounting firm.  From 1993 until 2004 he was a vice president in the corporate finance group of National Investment Dealers, CM Oliver Limited, and then Canaccord Capital Corporation (which acquired CM Oliver Limited in 1998).  Currently, Mr. Peck is the Chief Financial Officer and/or director of various TSXV listed companies as well as a director, officer and advisor to a number of private corporations.

David R. Hitchcock:

David R. Hitchcock was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer effective June 15, 2006.  Mr. Hitchcock has been with the Forest & Marine Group of companies since July, 1986 and became a director in August, 1999.  During that time he has occupied positions as Secretary, Operations Manager and, since May, 2003, Chief Operating Officer.

Irvin Olsen:

Irvin Olsen has been associated with the coastal forest industry as a full phase logging contractor since 1968, most recently as President of I & J Logging Ltd. in Campbell River, before retiring in 1993. Irvin also serves as a director of Noble Metal Group, a publicly traded mining company.

Geoff Godard:

Geoff Godard is an experienced corporate financing specialist who has expertise in all forms of debt financing and risk assessment, both of individual loans and entire portfolios. In addition to many years of restructuring and work-out experience, Geoff has written and implemented credit policies for financial institutions in the past. Geoff’s recent experience has been structuring transactions in both British Columbia and Ontario where he has extensive connections with a variety of financial institutions and the advisory communities.
